No surprises here, I watched one of the many Police on Camera programs on Sky last week.
Two officers were kept busy for four hours just to arrest one drunk who was finally issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice.

HACKER GETS NEW HOPE ON EXTRADITION
"Home Secretary Alan Johnson has said he is considering granting computer hacker Gary McKinnon extra time to apply for a judicial review of his case".
