The Home Secretary, Alan Johnson, has rejected a last-ditch appeal for him to block the extradition of Gary McKinnon to the US on computer hacking charges.
Alan Johnson said he had considered demands for him to intervene in the case but had decided the extradition would not breach Mr McKinnon's human rights.
For that reason I have to say Alan Johnson sucks.

HACKER GETS NEW HOPE ON EXTRADITION
"Home Secretary Alan Johnson has said he is considering granting computer hacker Gary McKinnon extra time to apply for a judicial review of his case".
I am 56 and currently fighting a battle with lung cancer. I originally started this blog to record my experiences of lung cancer and the treatments involved.
I hoped others in a similar position might find it useful.
However, due to problems with the DWP who tried to make my life difficult, at a time I could well do without it, I stumbled upon some very startling evidence of the scale of corruption in this country and the EU.
The MP's Expenses scandal is just the tip of the iceburg, BILLIONS OF POUNDS have gone missing without trace via the EU and no serious effort has been made to trace it.
Although I don't expect to live for much longer I feel I owe it to my children and grandchildren to do everything I can to share this information with as many others as possible.
And I ask anybody who found their way here to do the same.

It's vital that the electorate vote for an INDEPENDENT at the next election if it takes place.
